Required Skills
4–6 years of experience in Java backend development using Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
Exposure to GCP or AWS cloud platforms—experience with Kafka, Redis, or Pub/Sub is a plus.
Valuable understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and other DevOps tools.
Knowledge of media streaming, DRM, or OTT backend architecture is a plus.
Soft Skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to take ownership of modules and features.
Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Agile mindset with experience in Scrum or Kanban settings.
