· Preparing monthly production target with respect to sales target set during 1st day of every month.

· Preparing daily production plan and scheduling of jobs for production accordingly.

· Prepare and updating of monthly production targets, Ensuring monthly targets are achieved.

· Take necessary actions to improve productivity and meet production targets.

· Maintain and follow safety guidelines set by the company.

· Communicating with the customer to sought information / clarification whenever required.

· Planning and provision of raw materials, consumables, fixtures and tooling’s required for production processes.

· Optimization of processing time, cost saving work.

· Organize workflow to meet specifications & deadlines.

· Plan & Draw up a production scheduled.

. Need knowledge of CNC lathe/VTL/Conv. Lathe/Cylindrical & CNC grinding/Surface Grinding/ HMC (Universal Milling)

. Constructing & providing CNC Programs for current component. (Mastercam Knowledge)





· Ensure customer order are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards & targets are meet.

· Review worker performance & identify training need.

· Give inputs & feedback for preparing operational skill matrix.

· Prepared all production related points before PPC meeting for discussed meeting.

· Organized the repaired of any damaged equipment.

· Liaise with other managers & HOD’s to formulate objective & understand requirement.

· Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment’s.

· Supervise & evaluate performance of production personnel (Quality inspector & Workers etc.).

· Follow up on outsourced processes
