We are looking for a detail-oriented AutoCAD 2D Designer (Draughtsman) to prepare accurate mechanical drawings and support the design and drafting requirements of the organization. Freshers with good AutoCAD knowledge and relevant technical qualifications are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and modify 2D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD.
Create detailed drawings as per design and engineering requirements.
Understand and interpret mechanical drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Apply appropriate dimensions, tolerances, and drafting standards.
Make revisions and updates to drawings as required.
Coordinate with engineers and other departments for drawing-related requirements.
Maintain proper records and documentation of drawings.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and attention to detail in all drawings.
Complete assigned drafting work within given timelines.
Required Skills
Good working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
Basic understanding of mechanical drafting and engineering drawings.
Knowledge of dimensions, tolerances, and basic drafting standards.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to understand technical drawings and instructions.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualification
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Freshers with relevant AutoCAD knowledge can also apply.
Experience
0–3 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting/design.
Freshers with robust AutoCAD 2D skills are encouraged to apply.
