Role: Cluster Manager

This is a full time, on-site role located in Kochi, Kerala, India. The Cluster Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple delivery hubs within the assigned region. Responsibilities include supervising staff, optimizing operational efficiency, managing logistics and resource allocation, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Robust team management and leadership skills
Excellent logistical planning and resource optimization skills
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or last-mile operations




Prior exposure to Amazon EDSP or DSP operations is preferred
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple stations and field teams
Experience managing operational KPIs and P&L;
Proficiency in performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting
Strong problem-solving and proactive approach
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Familiarity with relevant industry software and technology-driven settings

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
