We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can independently manage and optimize client ad accounts across Meta and Google.

Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns for clients
Run Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and YouTube
Build lead generation, conversion, retargeting, and sales funnels
Analyze campaign performance and improve ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversions
Coordinate with creative, content, and AI automation teams
Create audience strategies and campaign structures
Set up tracking systems including Meta Pixel, Conversion API, GA4, and GTM
Generate performance reports and actionable insights for clients
Continuously test creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages

Requirements
Proven experience running Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization




Experience handling multiple client accounts
Ability to independently manage campaigns and budgets
Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools
Robust communication and reporting skills
Organized, proactive, and results-driven

Bonus Skills
Experience working in agencies
Knowledge of AI tools for marketing workflows
Creative strategy and ad copy understanding
Landing page optimization experience
Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n
