We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial transactions and support the finance team. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and positive communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounts and financial records
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash management
Monitor receivables and payables
Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax-related documentation
Prepare basic financial reports and statements
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and clients when required
Ensure all accounting documents are properly filed and maintained
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
Basic knowledge of accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Valuable communication and organizational skills
1–2 years of accounting experience preferred
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of GST filing and taxation
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Team player with a positive attitude
