Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
Identify, approach, and convert potential clients
Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams for seamless project execution
Manage exhibition stalls and event projects from planning to completion
Negotiate contracts and close business deals




Identify relevant Government and Private tenders related to events and exhibitions
Support the tender team with documentation and submissions
Represent the company at exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events

Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Events, or Exhibitions
Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply
Solid interest in event management and client servicing
Confident, presentable, and target-oriented personality
Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Knowledge of tender processes will be an added advantage
