Food Technology qualification is mandatory.
Manage and monitor day-to-day food production operations as per production plans and targets.
Monitor production processes, machinery and process parameters to ensure smooth and productive operations.
Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials, manpower and machinery.
Supervise production staff and ensure proper manpower allocation across shifts.
Monitor production output, wastage, downtime and productivity and take corrective actions.
Maintain production records, batch sheets and daily production reports.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Warehouse and other departments for uninterrupted production.
Ensure production activities are carried out as per SOPs, process standards and safety requirements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
