Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain marriage bureau services.
Understand customers’ marriage preferences and requirements.
Follow up with leads and interested customers regularly.
Explain membership plans, packages, fees, and services clearly.
Schedule appointments or meetings with interested customers.
Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
Coordinate with the matchmaking/relationship team.
Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
Convert genuine leads into memberships.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and matrimonial information.




Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Required Skills:
Valuable communication skills in Marathi/Hindi/English.
Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
Valuable convincing and follow-up skills.
Customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
