We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries through phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions.
Handle complaints professionally and ensure effective resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
Provide customers with information about products, services, orders, or processes.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
Meet customer service quality, response-time, and productivity targets.




Collect and share customer feedback to help improve products and services.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
0–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or CRM systems.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Robust customer-service orientation and a positive attitude.
Ability to handle multiple queries and work in a fast-paced environment.
