Identifying potential candidates through Job portals, Social Media, Training institutes, and Recruitment consultants.
Validating candidates to make sure whether the candidate matches the criteria.
Scheduling interviews based on the Panel's availability and confirming the same with the candidates.
Organizing and coordinating the interviews, providing feedback to the candidates.
Taking care of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Responsible for taking decission on the candidates profile.
Should have knowledge on salary structure and compliance.
Robust MIS / Analytics Skills (Knowledge of advanced excel will be preferred)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
