Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and negotiation skills and the ability to convert leads into customers and achieve monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, networking, online research, and other channels.
Identify and qualify potential customers and understand their business requirements.
Conduct outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.
Explain products/services effectively and highlight their value to customers.




Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
Maintain accurate lead, customer, and sales activity records in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
