Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive sales, achieve monthly targets, and improve store profitability.
Lead, motivate, and manage the retail sales team.
Monitor KPIs such as Sales, ATV, UPT, Conversion, and ASP.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries/complaints.
Maintain visual merchandising, stock availability, and store standards.
Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and daily briefings.
Manage inventory, stock transfers, and minimize stock loss/shrinkage.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.

Required Skills
3+ years of experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory/managerial role.
Robust leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
Target-oriented with positive knowledge of retail KPIs.
Valuable understanding of sales, inventory, and visual merchandising.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹20,208.33 - ₹60,053.58 per month
