Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day D2C e-commerce operations, including order processing, order tracking, and coordination.
Monitor online orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and customer issues.
Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels.
Support online sales and business growth through lead follow-ups and customer engagement.
Monitor website and marketplace performance, product listings, pricing, and stock availability.
Maintain and update sales, order, customer, and inventory-related records.
Track key e-commerce metrics such as orders, sales, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback.
Assist in promotional campaigns, offers, and other activities to improve online sales.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and share business updates with the management team.
Work closely with marketing, warehouse, logistics,



and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in BBA / Business Administration / Commerce / Marketing or a related field.
Freshers are welcome; candidates with 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, D2C, sales, or operations are preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Interest in e-commerce, online sales, and D2C business operations.
Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
Ability to coordinate effectively with different teams.
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced e-commerce environment.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
