We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Course Advisor to guide learners in choosing the right IT courses based on their career goals. The role involves counseling students, explaining course offerings, and supporting enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about courses, career paths, and learning options
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
Explain course structure, duration, fees, and outcomes clearly
Handle walk-ins, inbound calls, leads, and online inquiries
Follow up with prospective students until enrollment completion
Maintain accurate student and lead records
Coordinate with trainers and academic teams when required
Achieve monthly enrollment and counseling targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduation or equivalent qualification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain technical courses in straightforward terms
Basic knowledge of IT / software courses (preferred)
Good listening, convincing, and follow-up skills
Comfortable with CRM tools, calls, and student data handling
Preferred Candidate Profile
Freshers or experienced counselors welcome
Experience in education, training institutes, or EdTech is an advantage
