Job Summary
Provision, configure, and manage Google Cloud Platform resources and services.Monitor cloud infrastructure, applications, and services using Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging.Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, network, and performance-related issues.Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets in accordance with ITIL processes.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and implement preventive measures.Configure and maintain Compute Engine instances, Cloud Storage, and Kubernetes clusters (GKE).
