Job Description
Analysing data from internal systems and external sources to identify prospects to improve sales performance.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s solid presence.
Objectives setting,
coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of current products and competition status
Ensuring that company products or services are represented accurately in advertising and marketing materials
Developing strategies to increase market share by identifying new prospects in existing markets or developing new markets.
Developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve specific goals such as increasing revenues or improving customer satisfaction.
Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, partners, and other external parties to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Communicating regularly with senior management about the status of projects and issues that could impact performance.
