Meet principals, teachers, career counselors, and management to introduce Ghaya Institute's design entrance coaching programs.
Conduct career awareness sessions and seminars for students.
Generate qualified student leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Promote scholarship exams, workshops, and admission campaigns.
Distribute brochures, posters, and promotional materials.
Build long-term relationships with schools and educational partners.
Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and outreach events.
Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
Submit daily visit reports, lead updates, and weekly performance reports.
Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to travel extensively across Kerala.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).




Fluent in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage).

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any discipline.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Experience in education marketing or field sales is preferred.
