Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.




Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development activities with business objectives.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Worksoft Certify.
Solid understanding of quality management processes within software development lifecycles.
Experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions using contemporary development frameworks.
Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software components.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
This position is based at our Chennai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
