We are looking for a BIS Compliance Executive to manage and coordinate all BIS-related compliance activities for our toy products. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Indian Standards, BIS certification requirements, product testing, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and BIS authorities to ensure that all applicable toy products remain compliant with current Indian safety and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage BIS certification and compliance for toy products.
Coordinate BIS applications, renewals, amendments, and related documentation.
Ensure products comply with applicable Indian Standards (IS) and BIS requirements.
Coordinate with BIS-recognized testing laboratories for product testing and reports.
Maintain BIS certificates, test reports, technical documents, records, and compliance files.
Monitor changes and updates in BIS requirements and applicable standards for toys.
Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, and product-development teams to resolve compliance issues.
Handle and track BIS-related complaints, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
Support BIS inspections,



audits, factory visits, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure proper labelling, marking, packaging, and documentation as required under applicable regulations.
Follow up with external consultants, laboratories, suppliers, and regulatory authorities when required.
Prepare regular compliance status reports for management.
Maintain an organized database of certificates, licenses, test reports, and renewal dates.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Quality, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in BIS, quality control, regulatory compliance, testing, or toy manufacturing preferred.
Knowledge of BIS requirements and Indian Standards applicable to toys will be an advantage.
Positive documentation and record-keeping skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
Ability to follow up with laboratories, suppliers, internal departments, and regulatory authorities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
