Plan and execute land procurement as per project requirements.
Identify, evaluate and shortlist suitable land parcels.
Supervise Officers/Assistant Managers in field-level land activities.
Ensure ownership, title, revenue records and physical verification.
Lead landowner negotiations within approved guidelines.
Coordinate with Patwari, RI, Sarpanch, Tahsildar, SDM and other authorities.
Coordinate with Legal for title due diligence, agreements and registration.
Monitor land disputes, encroachments and other acquisition risks.
Track land purchase, registration, mutation and possession.
Maintain land-wise MIS and provide regular management reports.
Manage team performance, allocation and field activities.
Escalate critical legal, commercial and stakeholder issues to GM.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
