Key Responsibilities:
Handle pre-contract MEP quantity surveying and estimation activities.
Prepare BOQ, quantity take-off, cost estimates and rate analysis for MEP works.
Review drawings, specifications and tender documents.
Prepare and evaluate tenders, quotations and commercial comparisons.
Coordinate with MEP consultants, vendors, suppliers and internal teams.
Conduct vendor/subcontractor rate negotiation and finalization.
Identify scope gaps, variations and commercial risks during tender stage.
Prepare tender summaries, cost sheets and commercial proposals.
Support project teams during handover from pre-contract to execution.
Ensure accurate estimation and cost planning within project budgets.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and QS/estimation software preferred.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / MEP / Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or related field.
Robust experience in MEP pre-contract QS / estimation.
Experience in commercial interior fit-out projects preferred.
Good understanding of MEP BOQ, drawings, specifications, tendering and rate analysis.
Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
Willingness to work from office/site as required.
