We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic International Calling Executive to connect with employers in Germany, understand their hiring requirements, and initiate conversations that can lead to long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to employers and staffing companies across Germany.
Introduce SkillPassGo and our international recruitment services.
Understand employers' hiring needs and identify potential opportunities.
Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up discussions for the partnerships team.
Conduct follow-up calls and maintain regular communication with prospective employers.
Update call outcomes and lead information in the CRM.
Gather market insights, hiring trends, and employer feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on interested prospects.

Candidate Profile




Excellent spoken German with a confident and pleasant phone manner.
Knowledge of German is an mandatory (B2 Persuing).
Comfortable speaking with international clients over the phone.
Robust listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in telecalling, customer support, international calling, lead generation, recruitment, or inside sales is preferred.
Target-oriented, organized, and proactive.
