Position: Commis Chef
Department: Kitchen / Food Production
Reports To: Senior Commi

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Chef and kitchen team in daily food preparation and production.
Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meat, sauces, dressings and other food items as instructed.
Follow standard recipes, portion sizes and presentation guidelines.
Ensure food is prepared hygienically and maintained at the required quality standards.
Assist in cooking and plating food as per the menu and instructions.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations and equipment.
Follow proper food storage, labelling and FIFO practices.
Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
Minimise food wastage and use ingredients responsibly.
Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly.
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures at all times.
Assist with receiving, storing and organising kitchen supplies when required.
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Carry out any other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Chef or Supervisor.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
