We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Freshers to join our Travel Sales team. Candidates with BPO/International Voice Process experience will be given preference, although freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via calls.
Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable flight options.
Assist customers with bookings and travel-related queries.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain qualified communication.
Achieve individual performance and sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow company processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate or Undergraduate.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with BPO/International Voice Process experience will be preferred.
Excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
