We are looking for a confident, proactive, and organised Business Development & HR Operations Intern who is interested in gaining practical experience in student outreach, business development, admissions coordination, HR operations, recruitment, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
The role will involve communicating with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email, explaining our programs, following up with interested students, coordinating admissions-related activities, maintaining lead records, and supporting student outreach.
The role will also include recruitment support, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, HR documentation, employee communication,



qualified email follow-ups, and administrative support to the Co-founder and management team.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills in English and Hindi, confidence in making outbound calls, good persuasion and follow-up abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with ownership.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
