Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals who are fluent in South Indian and Hindi languages to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, providing support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers in their preferred language (Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam)
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Address customer queries, concerns, and provide accurate information
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Record customer interactions and follow up when necessary
Work closely with team members to achieve targets

Required Languages (Mandatory):
Candidates must be fluent in at least one or more of the following:
Tamil
Hindi
Telugu
Kannada
Malayalam

Requirements:




Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Customer service or sales experience is an added advantage
Willingness to work in a quick-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
Multilingual candidates (more than one language) will be highly preferred
