Required Skills
Robust knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
Good understanding of MEP systems and construction drawings.
Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting drawings.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Valuable knowledge of shop drawings and as-built drawings.
Experience with Revit MEP is an added advantage.
Positive coordination and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
Diploma/ITI/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field preferred.
Job Description:
Prepare detailed MEP drawings for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
Develop 2D drawings, layouts, sections, and shop drawings using AutoCAD.
Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural and structural drawings.
Prepare as-built drawings and update drawings based on site changes.
Review drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and contractors to resolve drawing-related issues.
Make revisions and maintain proper drawing records.
Support quantity take-offs and preparation of MEP documentation when required.
