We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with extensive experience in the civil construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting, timely reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective cost management for multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and maintain books of accounts as per applicable accounting standards.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Monitor project-wise costing, budgeting, and variance analysis to support project managers in cost control.
Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and project profitability analysis.
Handle taxation matters including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and coordinate with auditors for statutory compliance.
Oversee subcontractor and vendor payments, contract accounting, and certification of bills.
Manage payroll, provident fund, ESI, and other statutory contributions.
Coordinate with site accountants and consolidate accounts from multiple project locations.




Implement internal financial controls and ensure adherence to company policies.
Support management in financial planning, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management.
Liaise with banks for project financing, BGs, and LC documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred).

Familiarity with Indian taxation laws applicable to construction sector.
Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
