Job Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical machines and equipment.
Inspect machines regularly to identify wear, damage, leakage, vibration, and other issues.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
Troubleshoot mechanical problems and restore machines with minimum downtime.
Work on equipment such as motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, bearings, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
Replace worn or damaged components such as bearings, belts, chains, seals, shafts, and couplings.
Perform machine alignment, lubrication, and basic fabrication/repair work.
Read and understand mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance instructions.
Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare-parts requirements.




Coordinate with production and electrical teams during machine maintenance.
Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout practices.
Maintain positive housekeeping in the maintenance area.

Qualifications:
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2–5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance preferred.
Experience in manufacturing/production machinery is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to work shifts and attend breakdowns when required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
