We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to communicate with customers, generate leads, explain products/services, and schedule appointments. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain products/services clearly and answer customer questions. Generate and follow up on leads. Maintain customer and call records. Schedule appointments and follow up with interested customers. Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets. Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads. Requirements: Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Freshers can apply. Previous telecalling/customer-service experience is an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
