We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Associate/Executive to join our Sales team. We welcome both freshers eager to build a career in sales and experienced specialists with expertise in lead generation and client acquisition. Candidates with exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) or Data Analytics who are interested in combining analytical thinking with business development are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through direct outreach, cold calling, and networking.
Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other professional channels.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective clients.
Initiate conversations with decision-makers and schedule discovery calls or meetings.
Understand client requirements and present suitable business solutions.
Develop personalized outreach strategies to increase engagement and conversions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations,
and sales documentation.
Candidates with BI/Data Analytics knowledge may also analyze sales data, customer trends, and performance metrics to support business decisions.
Requirements
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
2–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation is preferred for experienced applicants.
Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience with cold calling, outbound sales, LinkedIn prospecting, and email outreach (for experienced candidates).
Analytical mindset with knowledge of Business Intelligence or Data Analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.) is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
