Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming hiring requirements.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer and joining.
Follow up with selected candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and daily/weekly hiring updates.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of IT talent.
Pay: ₹10,193.26 - ₹42,252.94 per month
