Position: QC Engineer
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 1 Year

Job Responsibilities
Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Perform dimensional and visual inspection as per engineering drawings and specifications.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, tolerances, and quality standards.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and Gauges.
Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
Identify product defects and coordinate with production teams for corrective action.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
Handle customer complaints and support root-cause analysis when required.
Follow quality procedures, work instructions, and safety standards.
Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain proper documentation related to inspection and quality control.
Required Skills
1 year of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance in a manufacturing workplace.
Positive knowledge of mechanical inspection and measurement techniques.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T; basics.
Knowledge of basic quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, and Fishbone Analysis is preferred.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems is an advantage.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, or
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 1 year in QC/Quality Inspection.
