Study customer inquiries, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Prepare techno-commercial quotations for fabrication projects.
Estimate material requirements including MS, SS, plates, pipes, fittings, structural steel, and bought-out items.
Coordinate with design, production, purchase, and planning departments for technical inputs.
Prepare costing sheets, compliance statements, and tender documents.
Follow up with vendors for pricing of bought-out items.
Submit proposals within the specified timelines.
Maintain records of quotations, tenders, and revision history.
Support negotiation and order finalization activities.
