We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth patient experience, managing clinic activities, supporting business growth, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficient workflow.
Welcome patients and provide a skilled, positive experience throughout their visit.
Understand patient requirements and guide them to suitable healthcare services based on their needs.
Build and maintain solid relationships with patients to encourage long-term engagement.
Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-up activities.
Support the achievement of clinic performance goals through effective patient engagement.
Handle patient queries, concerns, and service-related issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
Collaborate with doctors and support staff to deliver a seamless patient experience.
Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly,



and monthly reports as required.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in clinic management, healthcare, wellness, hospitality, retail, or customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in healthcare, wellness centres, diagnostic centres, clinics, hospitals, beauty & wellness, hospitality, or customer-facing roles will be preferred.
