Skills DNA is hiring a Finance Executive – EXIM & MIS for a reputed client in the manufacturing sector.

This is a full-time, on-site chance based in Bidadi, Karnataka, for candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts, and/or Export-Import (EXIM) operations.

We are looking for a candidate with strong hands-on proficiency in MS Excel and practical experience in Export & Import (EXIM) operations, documentation, financial reporting, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day finance and accounting activities related to business operations.
Manage and maintain Export & Import (EXIM) documentation and transaction records.
Prepare and verify invoices, financial documents, reconciliations, and supporting records.
Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis using MS Excel.
Maintain accurate records of import and export transactions and related documentation.
Analyse financial and transactional data and identify discrepancies or exceptions.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders for finance and EXIM-related requirements.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updating of financial and EXIM records.

Required Skills
1–2 years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounts with hands-on exposure to EXIM operations.




Solid hands-on proficiency in MS Excel.
Practical knowledge of Export & Import (EXIM) processes and documentation.
Good understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
Candidates with hands-on experience across Finance and EXIM will be preferred.

Compensation: Up to ₹5 LPA; compensation may be flexible for exceptional candidates based on relevant experience and skill set.
