Job Title: Implementation Manager – Client Onboarding & Implementation

Role Overview

Responsible for managing the complete corporate client onboarding and implementation lifecycle—from sales handover and requirement gathering through technology setup, UAT, Go-Live, hypercare, and final handover to Operations and KAM.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end client implementation plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Conduct client discovery, requirement gathering, kick-off meetings, and stakeholder coordination.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, IT/Product, Finance, HR, Suppliers, and KAM for implementation readiness.
Drive system configuration, OBT/CRM/GDS/telephony/integration setup, testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
Coordinate client data, travel policies, airline/hotel agreements, billing and finance requirements.
Plan and conduct user and operational training; obtain UAT and Go-Live sign-offs.
Lead Go-Live, transition,



and hypercare activities and ensure operational stability.
Complete formal handover to Operations and KAM with all SOPs, SLAs, system details, contacts, open issues, and governance requirements.
Manage post-Go-Live enhancements, current service implementations, upgrades, and re-implementation projects.

Key Skills
Robust project and stakeholder management
Corporate travel/TMC implementation experience
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Knowledge of OBT, GDS, CRM, integrations and travel technology
Robust understanding of travel operations, billing and client SLAs
Problem-solving, documentation and process management
Ability to manage multiple implementations and tight Go-Live timelines

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Experience:
Total: 7 years (Preferred)
Implementation & Client Onboarding (Travel Industry): 5 years (Preferred)
