Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated School Mentor to guide and support students preparing for NEET, JEE, and Class 11–12 Board exams.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor students’ academic performance, attendance, and discipline.
Provide mentoring, academic guidance, and motivation.
Identify learning gaps and coordinate necessary interventions.
Communicate with parents regarding student progress.
Coordinate with faculty and academic teams.
Maintain student performance records and reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant subject.
Knowledge of Class 11–12 Board, NEET, and JEE curriculum.
Robust communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage and mentor 35+ students.
