Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical
Experience:Relevant experience in Quality Control preferred
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inspection of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify defects, deviations, and quality issues and coordinate for corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
Perform dimensional and visual inspections using appropriate measuring instruments.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain quality records, checklists, and inspection reports.
Ensure adherence to company quality procedures and standards.
Required Skills
Robust understanding of Mechanical Engineering and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of quality inspection methods and measuring instruments.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with production and engineering teams.
Knowledge of 5S, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and basic QC tools will be an advantage.
Candidate Profile
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance / Manufacturing preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
Candidates willing to work in Chikballapur, Karnataka preferred.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 per year
