A preschool coordinator manages daily school operations, supports teachers, and ensures a secure, high-quality learning environment for young children

Key Responsibilities
Manage Operations: Oversee daily preschool schedules, routines, and facility safety.
Support Teachers: Guide, schedule, and train preschool staff and assistants.
Oversee Curriculum: Help teachers plan and implement early childhood learning programs.
Communicate with Parents: Handle admission inquiries, lead meetings, and share student progress updates.
Ensure Safety: Maintain clean classrooms and follow health and licensing regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is often preferred.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience working in a preschool or teaching role.
Skills: Strong communication, basic computer literacy, and good organizational abilities.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
