We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Fresher to join our HR team. The candidate will support day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, onboarding, and general HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Track employee attendance and leave records.
Prepare HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
Assist in maintaining employee files and documentation.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Handle basic employee queries and coordinate with concerned departments.
Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Basic knowledge of HRMS/HR software is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.

Important Note
A 2-year service bond is applicable for this position.
Candidates are expected to commit to the organization for a period of 2 years from the date of joining.
