Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal departments. The role involves handling customer inquiries, quotations, orders, sales documentation, and coordination with production, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, sales administration, or a similar role.
Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong communication skills may also apply.
Experience with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Robust communication, coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Valuable attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support day-to-day sales operations.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders accurately.
Maintain customer information, pricing, and sales records in ERP/CRM systems.




Coordinate with production, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams for timely order fulfillment.
Track order status and provide regular updates to customers.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance-related reports.
Assist the sales team with presentations, proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Monitor inventory availability and coordinate delivery schedules.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
Maintain sales documentation and customer communication records.
Support exhibitions, marketing activities, and promotional campaigns when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and sales procedures.
