Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Job Description (FEMALES ONLY)

Credzio Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Customer Relationship Executive (CRE).
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate information about financial products and services.
Follow up with customers and leads through calls and other communication channels.
Assist customers with loan, credit card .
Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, application processing and approvals.
Generate and follow up on leads to achieve assigned targets.
Maintain proper records and update customer information.
Meet individual and team performance targets.
Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Ability to work with targets and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Employment Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
