Job Description :-

· Manage the social media team and ensure timely, quality delivery as per agreed objectives and brand guidelines.

· Develop and execute social media strategies and monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

· Review and approve creative content including reels, videos, posts, campaigns, and promotional materials.

· Plan and monitor digital campaigns for vehicle sales, service, events, offers, launches, and customer engagement activities.

· Monitor digital leads, enquiries, test drives, service leads, conversions, and campaign ROI.

· Review and optimize paid advertising campaigns, budgets, targeting, and cost per lead.

· Track social media KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, conversions, and ROI.

· Monitor customer reviews, comments, and online reputation and ensure timely escalation of complaints.

· Track competitors and emerging social media trends and recommend innovative initiatives.

· Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Service, HR,



and other departments to ensure effective digital communication.

· Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and improvement plans to management.

· Key Skills & Competencies

· Solid knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.

· Experience in managing social media/digital team.

· Valuable understanding of paid campaigns, lead generation, analytics, and performance marketing.

· Excellent communication, coordination, and creative thinking skills.

· Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.

· Automobile/dealership industry experience will be an added advantage.
