We are looking for a sincere and hardworking HR Executive to join our team. The role involves managing recruitment activities, supporting employee engagement, maintaining HR records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment activities including calling candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in onboarding and training new employees
Communicate company policies and ensure smooth HR operations
Handle employee queries professionally and maintain positive workplace relationships
Support attendance, leave, and basic payroll coordination
Ensure proper follow-ups with candidates and employees
Assist management in maintaining a healthy and productive work environment
