Experience: Junior to Manager Level
Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in relevant Engineering disciplines such as:
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Civil Engineering
Other relevant MEP Engineering disciplines
Key Skills
Solid experience in Revit MEP – Electrical BIM Modeling
Experience in Electrical BIM coordination and clash detection
Knowledge of LOD 300/400 modeling and shop drawings
Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination
Ability to read and interpret Electrical drawings and design documents
Knowledge of electrical systems such as Lighting, Power, ELV, Fire Alarm & Cable Tray
Positive understanding of BIM standards and project workflows
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate Electrical BIM models using Revit
Prepare electrical layouts, shop drawings and coordinated models
Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues
Coordinate with Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural and Architectural teams
Preferred
Candidates with experience in MEP projects, Building Services, Data Centers, Commercial or Industrial projects will be preferred.
