Role Summary:
Manage end-to-end export merchandising activities from order receipt to shipment while ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle buyer communication and order execution.
Coordinate sampling, costing, approvals, and bulk production.
Follow up with sourcing, production, QA, and logistics teams.
Track order status and ensure on-time shipment.
Prepare and maintain merchandising reports and documentation.
Resolve customer queries and manage delivery schedules.
Requirements:
3–8 years of export merchandising experience in Home Textiles/Fabrics.
Valuable knowledge of export documentation and shipment processes.
Robust communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems preferred.
Preferred Industry: Home Textiles, Bedding, Furnishings, Fabrics, Made-ups Export Industry.
