Designation: Estimation Engineer – Civil (Precast)
Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Perundurai,Erode.

Job Objective

To prepare accurate project estimates, quantity take-offs, material calculations, cost estimates, and quotations for civil and precast construction projects while ensuring cost control and timely submission of estimates.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed BOQ, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for civil and precast projects.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Calculate quantities for concrete, reinforcement steel, formwork, masonry, and other civil works.
Prepare material,equipment cost calculations.
Prepare project quotations and commercial proposals.
Obtain and compare material and subcontractor quotations.
Coordinate with the Design, Production, Purchase, Sales, and Project teams for project requirements.
Review drawings and identify scope of work, quantities, and potential cost variations.
Prepare rate analysis and maintain estimation records.
Support tender preparation and submission within deadlines.




Track changes in project scope and prepare revised estimates when required.
Assist in cost control and value engineering activities.
Maintain proper documentation of estimates, BOQs, quotations, and project-related records.

Candidate Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in Civil Estimation / Quantity Surveying is preferred.
Experience in precast, construction, infrastructure, or building material projects will be an added advantage.
Positive knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and costing.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
Robust analytical and numerical skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
