Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive / Lead Generation Executive who is creative, proactive, and passionate about digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, lead generation, and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Create engaging content, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Design social media creatives using Canva.
Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns.
Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
Generate quality leads through digital marketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
Research trends, competitors, and new digital marketing opportunities.
Engage with the audience and help improve brand visibility and online presence.




Coordinate with the team to achieve lead-generation and marketing targets.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Social Media Marketing.
Hands-on knowledge of Canva and basic graphic designing.
Ability to create Reels, short-form videos, and YouTube Shorts.
Knowledge of Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram Ads.
Valuable understanding of Lead Generation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
